Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience, including the ability to work closely with executive leadership and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance and senior leadership to design, approve, and manage budgets and forecasting plans. Develop metrics to track financial performance andidentifycorrective actions to enhance business outcomes.   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the creation and execution of operational plans, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Strategy Execution & Activation:

  • Develop and deliver presentations and messaging on the team’s mission and strategic priorities. Provide executive-level communication tailored to a variety of internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals.
