Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 5+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.

Business Operations

  • Architect, develop, and execute the rhythm of business (ROB), working with senior leaders to achieve outcomes and manage the cadence of business reviews, ensuring adherence to privacy and compliance standards.
