Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform compensation admin tasks like field LOA, territory & account management
  • Execute month end, quarter end and year end commissions, bonuses, and awards to the field sales organization.
  • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business function
  • Utilize available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analyses to the field
  • Lead process improvement initiatives for CoE Team
  • Partner on cross functional strategic projects as needed

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Financial Analyst role
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Strong back office application skills, including expert level Excel, MS Access
  • Preferred Anaplan level 1 certification
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature
  • Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
