Support the creation and execution of the South Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for assigned categories in alignment with your line manager.
Download, organize, and prepare EU & Global Business Unit (BU) materials for your category during seasonal GTM South milestones to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
Assist in forecasting activities by providing insights based on quantitative and qualitative data, segmentation, and allocation strategies.
Regularly track and analyze sell-in and sell-through performance of your category (with analytical support from Finance/Sales Coordination) to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to provide actionable insights for category strategy.
Drive operational excellence across all GTM processes within the Cluster, ensuring seamless execution during key GTM milestones.
Manage the sample order process in collaboration with your line manager and in accordance with Marketing Operations guidelines.
Adapt and refine local sell-in tools to maintain consistency across the South market while minimizing customized solutions.
Collaborate with your line manager to secure the most effective sell-in tools for your category.
Provide commercial insights — including consumer trends, channel needs, market-specific demands, and business opportunities — to support category growth and meet KPIs.
Deliver comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your category to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate potential outcomes and inform strategic decision-making for your category.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product and distribution-related queries, ensuring effective communication and support across teams.
What you will need:
University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years of Merchandising Experience, cross-functional marketing and/or sales experience.
Fluent in English (writing and verbal).
IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Good communication skills (oral and written), verbal and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of business.
General brand marketing understanding with understanding of apparel, footwear and hardware.
Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required.
