Job Description:
- The account manager is to drive business growth with assigned key accounts through new applications, new projects and new products development, increase business share in target customers in COEM segment.
- Develop and execute action plans to enable customers partners and distributors to achieve sales targets
- Develop and prepare relevant customer strategy for assigned key accounts based on the guideline and coach
- Generate customer visit report and pipeline timely by using Salesforce, provide regular high/low lights as well as key customer intelligence
- Build-up strong business acumen and market intelligence to identify, analyze and monitor potential business growth opportunities, understand competitive factors to support the business growth
- Understand market trends and the needs of assigned customers, transfer the potential needs to marketing and technical team to develop new products
- Monitor competitor activities and boldly gain share via competitor conversion.
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Min 3 years working experience in sales relevant, electronic industry working experience will be preferred
- Strong capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams
- Strong learning ability and agility, good business acumen
- Good problem-solving skills, can identify the problems and analyze the root reason in area and present clearly
- Strong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectives
- Good capability to work well under pressure
- Highly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitude
- Workable English communication skill in written and oral
