• Define product data strategies and dashboards, aligning them with broader business goals and player-focused objectives.
• Use player data and analytics to inform product decisions, optimize new feature development, and enhance game performance across engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, BI teams, and engineers to ensure data quality, pipeline scalability, and actionable insights for product development.

• Collaborate closely with analysts, BI teams, and engineers to ensure data quality, pipeline scalability, and actionable insights for product development.

• Expertise in product data strategies, with hands-on experience utilizing player data to shape product roadmaps.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau, and demonstrated analytical thinking to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• An advanced understanding of gaming-specific KPIs (e.g., retention, engagement, monetization, DAU/MAU, ARPPU/ARPU) and how these metrics inform product performance.
• Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams, including engineering, BI, and development, to bridge the gap between data insights and product strategy.
• Familiarity with scalable data infrastructure and reporting frameworks to improve decision-making processes across the organization.
