Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • digital, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience working in subscription business(es)

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 8+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
    • Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of marketing industry experience, preferably in the retail space with experience managing multiple product categories, subscription models, and a complex sales motion.
  • Experience building integrated partner marketing plans and campaigns for subscription-based services, leveraging product and audience data to create relevancy.
  • Experience interfacing with partners, with a proven track record delivering growth and performance metrics in a subscription context.

Omnichannel Strategy

  • Land best-in-class product launches, key seasonal initiatives, and sustained marketing to drive subscription growth for Microsoft 365.
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities and plans with retail, OEM, Apple, and distribution partners toshowcaseM365 benefits.
  • Activate ecommerce sales journeys through digital marketing excellence, mobile-first executions, and social commerce strategies.
  • Influence conversion in-store and online through seamless and connected shopper journeys centered on M365 offerings.
  • Work with functional leaders tooptimizeretail presence across the M365 ecosystem, driving shopper simplification and value articulation.
  • Build brand advocates among retail sellers and consumers through training, evangelism, and community engagement platforms specific to Microsoft 365.
  • Collect andidentify

Consumer and Partner Marketing Execution

  • Generate global strategy for regional teams and global retail partners, driving adoption and usage of global tools, programs, and playbooks tailored for M365.
  • Develop co-marketing strategies and campaigns in partnership with OEM and Apple marketing teams that can scale across channels to highlight M365’s AI-driven productivity features.
  • Review and provide guidance on partner planning and investment strategy to maximize reach and effectiveness across our retail, OEM, Apple, and distribution partners.
  • Apply partner marketing principles to co-create targeted marketing campaigns for M365 to support key business lines, with clear KPIs and marketing value.
  • Use analytics and insights tooptimizeinvestment strategies and execution across marketing investments, ensuring ROI and a robust subscriber base.
  • Coordinate with consumer marketing teams across Microsoft to ensure through-the-line, full-funnel marketing planning that consistentlyshowcasesM365’s core value propositions.


Asset Distribution & Localization:

  • Leverage AI-powered test-and-learn strategies to reimagine marketing content creation.
