Rapyd is looking for our next Revenue Operation Manager to perform analysis and reporting: support dives deep into sales data to uncover trends and opportunities, providing data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Process Optimization and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales and GTM processes, resolve administrative tasks, and ensure seamless issue resolution, ensuring adherence to processes and commercial guidelines.
- CRM and Techstack Support: Administer and maintain the respective sales and GTM teams pipeline and data in Salesforce, Providing Salesforce maintenance and “Lead-to-Closed Won” assistance.
- Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales success and drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Support weekly, monthly & quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the sales organization as a whole, identifying significant changes and trends.
- Be the subject matter expert for all processes, data, and reporting related to the company revenue,
- FP&A -Conduct financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making on strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and other business opportunities related to the Sales and GTM org.
- Work routines:
- Manage and prioritize ongoing Revenue Operations requests.
- Daily QA -Execute data hygiene tasks and pipeline management.
- Visibility -Creating and building decks for management meetings.
