Qualifications
  • + years of experience inSales, Partner/Channel development, business development, alliance management in the technology industry
  • Experience articulating technology platform strategy and solutions with agreatproficiency
  • Goodcandidate will be inclusive and collaborative, drive teamwork and cross-team alignment and will have strong relationship management and solution development skills
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
  • Strategic thinker who drives for impact. Strong candidates withproblem solving mentalityleveraginginternal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired; MBA desired.
  • Both English and Japanese language proficiency are required.

Build effectivePartner relationships and be a trusted advisor to theTSPto help create and execute successfulendcustomerskillingengagements.
    • MicrosoftBusinessGrowth:ContributetowardsdirectRevenue andUnitmetrics(as applicable)of MS Learning offerings. Achieve core priorities and commitments on channel performance, operational excellence, marketing &programsand diversity and inclusion.
    • CollaborationwithWWLField team:Candidatehas tobe a team player and will need toworkvery closelywith theField team(TPMs, Area Learning Lead and Regional Learning Lead)to achieve mutual goalsof skilling customers andlargerMicrosoft Partnereco system.He/she shoulddemonstratesales excellence through high quality interactions withMicrosoft Subsidiaries andFieldteam.
