Work in the field of Machine Learning, Data Science, LLMs, Statistics or Cloud Computing

Build scalable AI-driven systems for detection of modern malware, advanced cyber threats, and malicious user behavior

Work on high-performance systems capable of handling massive data maintained by Security department of Cisco and used for cyber protection of Cisco customers

Provide working prototypes in Python and cooperate with Engineers on the production code

Contribute to patentable inventions or conference publications, and collaborate on research challenges with corporate and academic partners across the globe

MSc or equivalent experience in computer science or similar (e.g., mathematics or physics with computer science background)

Solid working experience in research or software engineering projects

Experience in algorithms prototyping, preferably in Python, Scala or Java

Research or coding experience in some of the following areas: Machine Learning and Data Science, LLMs, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Cloud Computing or Computing with Graphs

Excitement to collaborate in a diverse multi-functional team to tackle customer's needs

Excellent logic and problem-solving capabilities

Proficient in English

Experience with cyber threat defense, computer networks, AWS, Kubernetes

Experience of working in an agile environment

Experience with Apache Spark, Python Dask or other distributed computing platform

Relevant publication record (scientific or industrial conference or journal)

Trackable record of your own open-source projects

PhD or equivalent experience
