Our Demand Generation Engine (DGE) Team is looking for a Manager, Demand Generation to help drive the growth and shape the future of a group of cloud technologies. Your responsibilities will include qualifying outbound leads, working on larger deals and managing partner opportunities.Key job responsibilities
- Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts- Measure and report on Salesforce.com and other dashboards, on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of technology related business development or proven experience in project management
- 3+ years managerial exposure
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and in English with an innate attention to detail

- Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) in Computer Science or Information Management (or similar field) is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com
- Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience working in a Call Centre would be a plus
- Spoken language from China regions would be a plus
