Job Summary

  • The Jr. Assoc., HR Shared Services is a role which supports the HR Solutions team on operational tasks and has a quick learning curve.
  • The role should demonstrate superior learning ability on HRIS systems, HR processes and data and apply effectively for day-to-day operations and problem solving.
  • This role provides practical support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness as it relates to HR data entry, data maintenance, HR processes and reporting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports HR efforts for the organization by processing day-to-day transactions in HRIS system (UltiPro/SAP HR) including but not limited to onboarding, new hires, employee data changes, organizational changes terminations & retirements, local time, payroll and benefit changes.
  • Completes accurate data entries into HRIS systems within established guidelines, meeting the SLAs and maintaining high levels of communication throughout the process with all stakeholders.
  • Monitors the HR change request queues and addresses requests, questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Performs the role as Tier-2 support for questions and issues coming from employees, managers and HR partners globally and meet a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing top-shelf support within defined SLAs.
  • Participate in HRIS related projects, such as implementations, upgrades and/or configuration changes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all processes and data and participate in regular audits to ensure adherence to protocols and SLAs
  • Assists in the documentation of procedures for HR data entry and maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Required OR Equivalentwith at least one (1) years of experience in a customer service setting with exposure to the Human Resources function required.
  • Experience in HR Data Entry & Maintenance within HRIS system required
  • Experience in SAP required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UltiPro Software as an HRIS system
  • Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

  • Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
