As our Sr. Practice Transformation Manager you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and growing dental / orthodontic practices and leading the change in modern digital dentistry. Along with the regional sales teams, you will transform an analog process with clear aligners and innovative digital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, and more accessible – helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction using Align products and services.

In this role, you will…

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with targeted accounts and support customers to transform their practices. You will be responsible for analyzing the Orthodontic side of the dental practices and finding opportunities for improvements with Invisalign and iTero.

You will work cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic initiatives within a practice to help the business grow and scale amid changing market dynamics. Your focus area in a dental practice will include optimizing resources and efficiency, developing systems and processes, and improving patient journey and service quality, creating opportunities for Invisalign and iTero.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Practice Transformation
    • You will perform and deliver observations and gap analyses of practice workflows and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement, transformation, and scale of Invisalign treatments.
    • You will be responsible for leading the change management in the practice. That involves defining the areas to measure, setting targets, executing on plan and monitoring performance.
    • You will guide and inspire practice owner to challenge Standard operation procedures of the current business model
  • Builds High-Level Strategic Customer Relationships:
    • Build customer loyalty and multiple relationships within the highest levels of key functional areas in customer organizations
    • Identify strategic business opportunities within Practices related to Align’s products and services
  • Lead the change implementation by Practice staff coaching:
    • Conduct staff interviews and practice observations
    • Deliver practice staff workshops and trainings, around patient experience, sales process and other process improvements necessary to achieve planned change
    • Support practice owners and staff in implementing change
  • Collaborates with others Align Technology functions:
    • You will work closely with the Business Development Manager, Sales and Marketing Team to support creation of business agreement proposals relevant to market needs

Additional responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members.
  • Actively participate in developing team know-how and customer facing materials

In this role, you’ll need …

  • University degree in a related area
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, previous sales experience is beneficial
  • Native level skills in Dutch and excellent English written and communication skills
  • A successful track-record of consultative selling and coaching, working cross-functionally and effectively leading and training people.
  • Analytical mindset, able to work independently and make accurate, educated decisions. Ability to handle numerous projects and partners simultaneously.
  • Project management skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, great stakeholder management skills, excellent collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of dental practice workflows, complexities of running a dental business and working with patients is beneficial
  • Full driving license.
  • Coaching, LEAN or Six Sigma certified a plus.
  • Role requires more up to 60% travel within the Netherlands, including overnight travels
