As a CSG Partner Programs Senior Consultant, you will drive key sales strategic initiatives while identifying and evaluating sales growth opportunities. This is a key role that will influence sales behavior and capabilities.
You will:
- Be Responsible for building the overall CSG Partner Program strategy to drive client growth through partners
- Identify and build Partner programs from the design down to the execution
- Responsible for the overall CSG program performance and results delivery
- Assess and analyze competitive programs and incentives and come up with a counter strategy
- Oversee the execution of the programs and make necessary adjustments based on performance
- Act as a primary CSG BU point of contact to secure buy-in and alignment on the recommended program changes
- Work closely with broader DTPP design team and other functions such as program ops, finance and others to ensure a smooth design and execution of CSG programs
- Be responsible for calculating program ROI as part of the overall business case when recommending new program elements
- Use sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs
- Manage and coordinate communication and disseminate information to our sales force and cross functional organizations and work closely with the global program enablement
- Manage process improvement programs, leading and motivating a workgroup
- Evaluate and recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods
Essential Requirements
- At least 15 years of related experience
- Excellent understanding of the CSG market and competitive landscape (Commercial, Consumer, peripherals, services)
- Excellent knowledge of Partner business and demonstrated experience designing, executing, and overseeing partner programs
- Strong executive presentation skills
- Advanced organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels of Dell and with external partners
- Program Management and advanced understanding of sales processes
