Your Impact

  • Identify, develop, implement, and evaluate a holistic strategy that ensures our community and philanthropic initiatives exemplify Palo Alto Networks’ vision and mission globally
  • Inspire and catalyze Palo Alto Networks’ internal community
    • Empower employees to contribute to the causes they care most about in their communities through giving programs such as volunteerism, matching gifts, dollars for doers
    • Drive on-site employee volunteer activities and corporate responsibility awareness building events
    • Partner with global teams to integrate group volunteer activities into community building, team-building, and/or off-site activities
    • Oversee nonprofit sponsorships and charitable donations policy implementation and partner with teams to align efforts
    • Manage employee giving platform and run reports engagement reports as needed
    • Serve as an internal champion for giving programs and respond to employee questions and requests
    • Contribute to corporate responsibility team initiatives, including diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
  • Advance cybersecurity and represent Palo Alto Networks in the broader community
    • Establish trusted relationships with strategic nonprofit partners
    • Develop a theory of change (ToC) for grantmaking portfolio
    • Build and implement a multi-year plan to drive impact aligned with the ToC
    • Manage execution and reporting of grants through a donor-advised fund

Your Experience

  • Proven track record in evolving programs based on stakeholder feedback, utilization, community impact and changing business context
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and external community stakeholders
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to present metrics, explain findings, and articulate issues and challenges together with proposed solutions
  • A strategic mindset with a strong ability to execute, achieving outcomes and meeting deadlines even when there are numerous competing priorities
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Thrives in change and adapting to meet various stakeholder needs
  • Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcomes

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $113,400/yr to $183,350/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
