Process customers' subscription orders using the Salesforce CPQ system.
Ensure all relevant approvals are part of order documentation. This includes discount, special pricing, and payment term approvals.
Ensure all provisioning details have been secured.
Maintain excellent relationship with internal customers.
May be assigned to special projects, typically led by a senior sales operations team member for instance data management in SFDC.
Work cross-functionally with main operational departments such as Deal Strategy, Renewals, Finance, Shipping and IT to support critical projects.
Assist to build and document processes in a environment.
Escalate any ongoing system issues through the appropriate channels so there are no delays using our SFDC/CPQ tools.
Recommend process improvements and quality assurance procedures to reduce errors and increase efficiency of the order entry process.
BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
Minimum 1 or more years of experience.
What We'd Like to See
English spoken and written to a very high standard. Additional European language a bonus.
Familiarity with Salesforce is required
Familiarity with Quoting tools such as Apttus, CPQ etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Willing to work extra hours as the sales volumes increase during our month-end and quarter-end close cycles
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
