Leadership oversight of professional training personnel across the NeuroHealth training group
Oversee the development of programs to help sales overcome selling obstacles and teach consultative and behavioral-based selling techniques
Lead the creation and delivery of training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills as well as advanced selling techniques
Partner with sales and marketing leadership across the organization to identify training needs, assess skill gaps, and ultimately design and facilitate appropriate and meaningful training solutions
Work cross-functionally across the organization to understand the needs facing each team(e.g., competition) and to help align strategies and messaging
Leverage emerging training innovations when appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes
Understand the regulatory environment for each solution and follow proper approval processes
Have responsibility for people development and growth of training team
Analyze and reviews selling strategies that result in improved sales performance
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience required (Training, Marketing, Market Access, Sales Leadership experience preferred)
A minimum of 4 years training experience with knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with distance learning required
People management experience required
Experience coaching, developing, and training individuals throughout career required
Ability to develop and communicate strategic training and development priorities for the team to execute
Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
Demonstrated ability to lead group facilitation and classroom presentation skills
Ability to perform in high pressure and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to lead a team with multiple priorities and balance appropriately
