The Asset Recovery (AR) Leader will be responsible for executing operations and managing projects for Asset Recovery of DI modalities in Vega, Aquila, and EAGM zones.
• Evaluate the buy-back values per modality,
• Improve existing and define new tools/processes to provide visibility on the incoming systems (Backlog),
• Ensure quality requirements control of the systems deinstalled, follow through their return to Hungary European Repair Organization (HERO) warehouse (Paty, Hungary).
- Execute Buy-Back Strategy
- Manage quarterly BBV (Blue Book Value) reviews, coordinated with EMEA GoldSeal reselling strategy / Harvest demand / on SBU replacement strategy.
- Manage off lease and direct buy back process,
- Direct Collaboration with Broker GEHC representant.
- Owning Process and Tools Improvement
- Manage daily operations to control wing to wing return process of replacement IB (install base)
- Improve and implement sustainable solutions via Smartsheet existing Dashboard/Smartsheet for the daily operations.
- Continue to work with HPM team on Taskray tool maintenances,
- Participates with Global and IT team of TiX (Trade-in Experience) improvement,
- Continue to drive the adoption of SFDC/Apttus for Buy-Back request by Sales,
- Backlog & Inventory Management
- Follow-up and control of backlog (opportunities w/o IB replacement, non-confirmed buy back offers)
- Work together with Gold Seal Operations and Harvest Management to control inventory based on Supply In and Supply out,
- Improving De-installation Quality
- work together with main stakeholders on de-installation document requirements to ensure quality returns.
- Improve Logistics aspects (costs, quality)
- Promote Asset Recovery
- Advertise AR initiative to Sales / HPM / SBU / Service / LCT
- Continue/support circularity projects for driving and increasing usage of refurbishment, repair and reused products, work in collaboration with SBU’s and Global team.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience in Operations roles or equivalent knowledge or workexperience (Sales / OTR / Services / Commercial roles)
