The People Strategist reports to the Senior Manager, People Strategy in Prague.You will partner with managers and teams to tackle day to day people issues, performance management and talent development programs. It's not just what you are contributing that's important to our people - it's HOW you do it.
You will be the primary people strategy point of contact for Moose based out of the Prague office.
You are passionate about understanding and optimizing the day to day experience of our people, and are their to help guide our employees through their journey
You will partner with our moose and their managers to proactively diagnose and communicate trends around people and team issues (ie engagement, retention, collaboration) and support the development of solutions to address them
You will act as a coach and partner to our moose and managers to strengthen and support their skills in performance coaching, handling difficult conversations, get well plans and other employee focused challenges.
You'll partner with the People Strategy leadership team to drive the execution of the employee lifecycle - including performance management, merit and bonus planning, promotions, internal transfers as well as conduct exit interviews and terminations.
Working with the with People Strategy team and business leaders, you'll ensure that employee initiatives are in line with and reinforce our company's culture and core values
You will help grow and scale the operations of the Prague office (in partnership with the Workplace Experience Team, People Development, IT, People Operations) to provide an exceptional employee experience.
You:
Have 3+ years of professional work experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Consulting, any People Strategy discipline or a related field
Speak fluent in English and Czech
Can balance business acumen, empathy, relationship building, and courageous dialogue with unquestionable integrity
Approach challenges with a learning mindset - you are not afraid to try something different and learn from your mistakes
Have an amazing attitude – personable, approachable, and always eager to help
An amazing communicator, able to effectively work with discretion and sensitivity across all levels of the business
Handle ambiguity well – actually thrives in it
