This role is created for fixed-term assignment.

You are responsible for:

  • Focuses on local People Function responsibilities within a fast-paced and rapidly changing organization, ensuring that People Function processes are effectively managed.
  • Interfaces with the people leaders for the respective scope and People Business Partners, fostering strong professional relationships and effective communication.
  • Applies local rules and regulations and labor relations policies and agreements in line with People Strategy to maintain compliance with established practices, ensuring consistency and fairness across all interactions.
  • Manages transactional and administrative services related to personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, and talent administration, including transaction updates, functioning as an expert in all aspects of data and payroll processing.
  • Responsible to ensure legal/ labor statutory requirements in place for the countries. Responds to external and internal requests/ audits for information, supporting the delivery of reports within scope.
  • Forges alignment with various stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of simplified and standardized HR processes.
  • May address diverse and complex labor relations issues by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and ensuring fair and compliant resolutions in line with labor policies and agreements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in areas such as:
  • HR Processes
  • Change Management
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Stakeholder Partnership
  • Labor and Employment Law
