Your responsibilities also include:

• Understand business strategy and translate into analytical demand
• Consult the internal customers when it comes to reporting and analytics
• Support prioritization and value assessment to define analytics roadmap
• Help developing and implementing with agile team and Product Owner
• Work on provisioning of analytical assets leveraging our SAP applications like SAP Analytics Cloud
• Process and Data Improvements
• Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Cloud Company by identifying process/data improvements

What you bring:

• Familiar with basic Agile framework
• Knowledge of User Experience Processes (User-Centered-Design) or Design Thinking techniques is a plus
• Relevant knowledge in the HR domain (strategy, processes, functions)
• Affinity with/ knowledge of headcount forecast, budget planning and similar processes is a plus
• 2+ years of functional experience in HR, HR applications or analytics context
• First experience in analytics (technical review, implementation and configuration) is a plus
• Knowledge across SAP and non-SAP technologies (ideally Analytics and HR solutions)
• Effective communication, networking, and facilitation skills on all seniority levels across business unit boundaries
