Become an expert in translating internal and external talent data into actionable insights through various mediums of communication
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment against collective goals, meeting timelines and staying within budget
Drive project execution within a matrixed organization by managing partner and stakeholder communications and holding project teams accountable to timelines and
Manage meetings, project plans, budgets, debriefs and post-pilotstrategies

Functional/Business knowledge
Strong storytelling, written and oral communication skills
Strong capabilities working with data and translating into effectivedata visualizations (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel,Powerpoint
Knowledge and effective usage of project management methodologies,processesand software/tools (e.g.,Smartsheets, Asana)
Experience in Talent Acquisition Operationsand/or handling people analytics a plus
