Job Description
As part of your role, you will be responsible for continuously improving infrastructure, processes, and outcomes. lead inventory optimization projects and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure quality delivery within project scope and timelines.
Our Group:
The inventory team focus on prediction and monitoring of Inventory levels to enable service performance and continuous process improvement to support business growth and increase scalability. Using best practices and knowledge of business issues to deliver inventory modeling to satisfy business requirements.
Whatyou'll be doing:
Lead cross-organizational initiatives from end-to-end.
Define KPIs and create tracking tools/dashboards.
Provide tools and means to identify gaps and opportunities to optimize inventory.
Prioritize and analyze the gaps, suggest ideas/ solutions and be able to address them.
Where applicable, lead the implementation of optimization strategies.
Present and deliver outputs to management.
Support Data-Driven decisions
Solves complex problems and be able to explain complex information to others in straightforward way.
Operate in agile environment.
What you should have?
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Information Systems
At least 3 years of experience in Global demand/supply planning /Inventory management
Experience with service parts planning – advantage
Good communication skills ability to work in a global environment.
Experience with SQL / Tableau / Power BI
High capability to engage other functions in the organization to change.
Self-learner, always seeking to sharpen their skills and grow their knowledge.
