Senior Associate, Display Marketing Strategy & Operations - Performance Marketing (Hybrid)
Additionally, this role involves supporting channel strategy development, aiding product initiatives across the organization, and continuously seeking ways to optimize the channels. The Senior Associate will be an expert in the Display space, working with platforms like Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and other relevant platforms, while staying up-to-date with industry updates and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute campaign testing, including ad creative, landing page, audience, and channel expansion testing
Manage outbound display campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting, collaborating with business analysts
Launch campaigns error-free and identify opportunities for performance optimization, and implement process improvements to streamline launch procedures
Coordinate across internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, and Technology, to execute Display ad strategies end-to-end
Possess a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to develop a new suite of creatives that ensure a seamless customer journey and data-backed hypotheses
Serve as the subject matter expert in display, knowledgeable in various advertising platforms, campaign settings, optimization techniques, and inventory types
Demonstrate a "self-starter" attitude, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and ability to quickly learn new digital marketing and platform-specific features
Ability to work with high-performing teammates, as well as external and internal partners across the enterprise
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of experience in email or display ad marketing
At least 2 years of experience planning and implementing digital marketing strategies utilizing Google or other display ad platforms
At least 2 years of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in paid media & performance marketing, managing high volume accounts and large media budgets
2-4 years of experience in D2C marketing
At least 2 years of experience in project management
At least 1 year of experience in social media or search engine marketing
Prior financial industry or media agency experience is a plus
