Job Responsibilities

  • Translate Chase Auto Branch business goals into marketing assets which communicate a clear value proposition to achieve stated marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with cross line-of-business partner teams to identify and execute new marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Work across multi-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Campaign Management, Controls, and Legal/Regulatory for both Auto and Consumer Bank
  • Maintain banker feedback and complaints via dashboard creation; work with Auto partners to address banker concerns and responding to applicable parties with solution
  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality and engaging content for various platforms (e.g. print, visual and video campaigns) to educate and train captive audiences including bankers, branch leadership, and in-branch customers
  • Maintain and recertify existing branch marketing content for banker consumption, education, and training
  • Present enticing visuals that successfully transmit the Auto Branch Marketing strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of marketing, journalism or training, or content marketing experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders across a range of functional areas and teams
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions

  • Experience working in highly matrixed organization
  • Promote a strong control environment, adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer-first mindset
  • Financial services or automotive industry knowledge/experience
  • Strong writing and content development skills
