Your Role and Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other related products.
- Lead the strategy and execution of campaign building, ensuring alignment with client goals and effective audience engagement
- Manage content creation processes, ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment with client branding and messaging.
- Documenting SOP, supported in developing solution and response on
business requirement - Oversee site management activities, ensuring that websites are maintained, optimized, and aligned with client objectives.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners, to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure that the delivered solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process and across project teams
- High level Data Base understanding – Customer data to Campaign data level
- Good to have data flows and ETL/workflow schedules understanding
- Hands on experience in SQL, Oracle/ Any database for building packages trigger
- Collaborate with Performance Specialist to formulate recommendations based on analytic findings
- Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server clean-up activities
- Campaign close-out documentation
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10-15 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Leads the training development for Campaign Execution team and streamlined the processes to improve productivity for the team
- Create process documents to track campaign related activities that helps in SLA calculation
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Adobe Certified Expert certifications are highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate global projects (working hours – 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST)
- Ability to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
