RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • As a member of the marketing leadership team and reporting to the CMO, you will own and drive annual strategic planning activities for the global organization.
  • Own the interlock with the Sales Strategy team to drive strategic alignment in prioritization, and resource allocation and proactively working to improve GTM efficiency.
  • Oversee the annual Sonic Boom calendar and timing of other large annual programs.
  • Work with the MLT and Sales strategy team to organize and optimize our working groups across marketing.
  • Strategy communication - work with Marketing Leadership team to make sure everyone across marketing fully understands our GTM strategy
  • Lead Annual budget and resource planning and allocation in collaboration with Finance and quarterly reallocation of unused budget and headcounts.
  • Lead and distribute quarterly “What Matters” for the global marketing organization. Help educate new members what great What Matters should look like.
  • Board deck development. Work with team leaders on gathering content.
  • Lead special projects such as Learning and Development programs for Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Be a self-starter, be comfortable being in charge, and able to deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Avisionary thinker with strong problem solving capabilities
  • Enjoy building plans, understand how to measure them and setting up teams to deliver.
  • You have high standards and help encourage excellence across your peers and partners
  • Ability to effectively influence executive leadership and align various stakeholders
  • Have big passion for marketing, technology, sales and business development
  • 10+ years of marketing/GTM experience
  • MBA in Business, Marketing or relevant field.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $187,000 - $278,200.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
