In this role, you will build and lead teams that manage and create both inbound and outbound generated opportunities.Responsibilities

  • Own, develop, and lead all aspects of global business development to meet the needs of the marketing and sales organizations.
  • Hire, manage, and lead a team of 10+ based in Atlanta, GA.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives and targets
  • Discover and implement process, technology, and training to build a highly efficient business development team
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales Leaders across Enterprise, SMB, Carrier segments to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow up
  • Develop/coach team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales management
  • You've been able to hire people with limited / entry experience and have trained them to be highly productive in a short period of time
  • Experience managing a high volume outbound sales team
  • You consistently exceeded quotas and expectations
  • Security industry company experience a major plus
  • Experience using data to make decisions and optimize organizational process
