About the Role

- Develop and execute sales operations strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability across Japan.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and refine key sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement frameworks.
- Drive CRM adoption and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and Japan GM to set KPIs, measure performance, and optimize territory planning.Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximize revenue.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline sales execution.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- - - - What You'll Need ----
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field, preferably within the Japan or APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing sales productivity.
- Experience in working within multinational organizations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Japanese and English preferred.
