Your Impact in Role

  • Drive the overall strategy and growth of inbound-sourced restaurants in Japan
  • Provide management for a team of sales executives
  • Meet or exceed monthly team target quotas and complete associated target generation activities
  • Work with marketing team to develop our B2B marketing strategy and execution
  • Excel in hands-on training, coaching and development of your sales team
  • Develop a high-performing team culture

The Experience You'll Bring

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS or digital ads company
  • Skilled at managing sales activity and analyzing metrics to deliver on sales plans
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams
  • Experience with inbound sales, bonus if exposure to B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to train and guide sales teams in selling techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate a sales team
  • Business level English
