In this role, you will be working with a team of extremely talented and motivated individuals who are building the future of Power Automate. You will be expected tohighly scalable and reliable AI solutions, includingbut not limited toapplication of LLMs/SLM tosolve the hardest problems, prompt-engineeringwith advancetechniques for Retrieval Augmented Generationand orchestrationfrontier models.This is transformative work for the product.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ year(s) data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)

o OR Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)

o OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)

o OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building scalable applications andservices,onscalable cloud platforms.with robust performance,resiliencyand security.

• Experience with delivering end-to-endfeatures with AIusingtechniques for data preparation and curation, for prompt engineering, for model fine-tuning, for modelevaluation, for model orchestration and forend-to-endoperational excellence.

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs like OpenAI's GPT

• in fine-tuning pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets

• Experience in working with REST APIs forRAGand interacting with LLM-based systems.

• AI&engineering practices;and producing high-quality software.

Data Science IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
