Data Scientists analyze and interpret data to uncover insights, identify patterns, and solve complex business problems. You will work with structured, unstructured, and streaming data, leveraging AI tools, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to develop predictive models and data-driven solutions. Utilizing cloud infrastructure and advanced analytics, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML applications. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that AI solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. This role requires both strong technical expertise and consulting capabilities, ensuring AI-driven insights translate into strategic recommendations.
Specifically, you will:
l Define best practices for AI/ML architectures, model governance, and MLOps pipelines
l Develop predictive models in Python using AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other cutting-edge open-source frameworks
l Communicate technical results and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
l Strong mathematical and computer science foundation, including algorithms, statistics, probability, and linear algebra, with a focus on AI/ML applications
l Hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or LLM
l Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
l Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
l Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and cloud-based AI/ML solutions
l Knowledge of AutoML, optimization techniques, and large-scale distributed machine learning
l Expertise in data engineering, including SQL, Spark, Hadoop, and cloud-based data pipelines
l Proficiency in spoken and written English
