Course Development: Design and refine e-learning, video, and self-paced training programs for Sales & Delivery roles, ensuring alignment with Tesla's brand standards
Project Management: Manage Instructional Design projects from conception through to completion, adapting to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Collaboration: Work with project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet business needs
Assessment Design: Develop task-based assessments that align with learning objectives
Content Strategy: Identify and implement content strategies to enhance the learning experience
Innovation: Collaborate with Global and EMEA teams to foster innovative approaches and improve curriculum development
Evaluation: Establish and measure training metrics to assess program success
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field
Strong understanding of adult learning theories and Instructional Design models
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Graphic Design and Premier Pro skills are a plus
Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in problem-solving and relationship-building
Experience managing course materials in a learning management system
Experience with web-based tools, such as SharePoint or other website builders
