General Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Microsoft O365 environment: Includes services like Exchange
Plan and execute migrations: Strategize and implement migrations from on-premises or other cloud environments to Microsoft 365.
Connect O365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity, taking proactive measures to address potential problems
Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for users
Automate tasks and processes: Use PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate administrative tasks and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to O365 services and integrations.
Provide prompt and effective technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions
Stay current with technology: Keep up-to-date with the latest O365 features, updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with other IT teams, business units, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Work closely with the Architecture team to align the platforms to latest architecture and configuration
Focus on building and maintaining the underlying operational aspects of the platform including remediating vulnerabilities
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory)
At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure
2+ years of Integration Project Involvement: Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Microsoft O365 and other systems.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft's migration tools and understanding of different migration approaches.
Knowledge of APIs and web services, experience connecting Microsoft O365 to other systems, and understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with AWS
4+ years of experience administering Microsoft O365 or a similar enterprise productivity suite
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
