What to Expect

As a Transportation, Valet Supervisor PM, you will oversee valet operations across multiple shifts and locations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. You will manage a team of (20) associates on a daily basis ensuring they are providing the best customer service to our employees. You will be expected to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience, particularly during night shifts, and support program-level projects. You will handle inventory, support budgeting, investigate damage claims, and maintain accurate data for reporting. To be successful in this role, you will require a great amount of self-discipline and motivation to do what is right even when no one is watching.

What You’ll Do
  • Operational Management: Oversee valet operations across multiple shifts and locations (Fremont, 901 Page, Grimmer, Lathrop), ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery
  • Opportunities for Improvement: Identify and execute operational improvements to enhance the customer experience, particularly during low-coverage night shifts
  • Reporting and Administration: Manage valet program data, support budgeting, track inventory, and investigate incidents or risk claims
  • Safety and Collaboration: Enforce safety protocols and work closely with parking enforcement, HR, and security to ensure compliance with valet and workplace policies
  • Flexible Commute: Provide on-site support at various locations as needed, handling issues, enforcing policies, and resolving escalations effectively
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 20 associates, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience managing multi-site operations with varying shifts, including day, evening, and graveyard
  • Ability to assess operational gaps and implement process improvements that positively impact service and efficiency
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills in budget tracking, inventory oversight, and incident investigation
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them across large teams and high-traffic environments
  • Willingness and ability to commute across multiple Bay Area sites as needed to support operational continuity
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large teams, including full-cycle people management (hiring, training, evaluation)
