Job Description:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management, Engineering or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
1. Program Management – Managing end to end programs and bringing overall visibility into program delivery keeping all stakeholders informed ensuring governance structures and timely execution. (5 year/s)
2. Organizational Skills and strategic planning -Supporting priority programs defined at the senior leadership level. Aligning the needs and timelines of different teams. (5 year/s)
3. Scope Management: Defining scope and clearly calling out what is out of scope for the program. Driving requirements development andestimation/schedulingof development work, testing and launch. (5 year/s)
4. Stakeholder management - manage across stakeholder groups to establish interdependencies, identify risks and resource constraints, and eliminate significant roadblocks in a timely manner. (5 year/s)
5. Communication Management- Ensuring regular communication of status with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and teams across the globe as per defined communication plans. (5 year/s)
6. Risk Management - Identifying program impediments and addressing them, including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed. Assessing and managing risks related to regulatory compliance. (5 year/s)
7. Change Management and Knowledge Management - Facilitating data driven decision making by tracking, measuring, and visualizing key metrics across the organization and documenting the best practices. (5 year/s)

Preferred Qualification:
Base salary:$179,171.00-234,300.00per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
