Responsibilities:

  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring financial services projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with senior project managers to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Participate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
