Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Opportunities: Responsible for researching andidentifyingpotential business opportunities, markets, and clients. This involves staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

  • Revenue Generation: Responsible for meeting revenue and profitability targets globally

  • establishingpartnerships with other companies, vendors, or organizations to create mutually beneficial collaborations

  • Market Expansion: Expanding our reach into new markets. This could involve entering new geographic regions, targeting different customer segments, or introducing products/services to untapped markets

  • maintainingstrong relationships with clients and customers is essential. The BDM works to understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with new business opportunities. This includes conducting due diligence on potential partnerships, assessing market risks, and making informed decisions to minimize potential negative impacts

  • objectives, ensuring that business development initiatives align with the overall company’s strategy

  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments

  • Negotiation and Deal Making: Engage in negotiations either directly or indirectly through our Sales Force or Sales Representatives, whetherit'sclosing deals with clients, forming partnerships, or securing agreements

  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about changes in the business environment, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Our requirements:

  • Engineering degree, ordemonstratedtechnical experience

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in a business development or marketing role with proven ability to grow business with new productsor solutions

  • Warehouse/Industrial Automation experience highly preferred

  • Inquisitive mindset: natural curiosity and a keen interest in learning, understanding, and exploringnew ideas, information, and perspectives

  • Analytical Thinking: ability to analyze complex information,identifykey trends, and understand the broader market and competitive landscape

  • Forward Thinking:Anticipatingfuture challenges and opportunities and planning accordingly to ensure long-term success

  • Organizational Skills: Being able to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and keep things organized to ensure smooth execution

  • Problem-Solving: The ability toidentifyissues at the granular level andcome up withpractical solutions quickly and efficiently

  • Adaptability: Being flexible in approach and able to adjust plans based onnew informationor changing circumstances, especially when it comes to operational details
