Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 month.
- Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with public agencies in the Los Angeles area.
- Demonstrate a min of 12 years of experience with rail track, signal, or grade crossing design and construction experience, plus a minimum of 5 years project management experience, to handle project elements such as planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
- Familiarity with rail track, rail signal, or rail grade crossing design and construction
- Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and handling multiple transit/rail projects within the area of responsibility
- Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelines.
- At least 10 years experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy development.
- Strong networks and relationships with clients.
- Strong communication skills
