At the core of this job, candidates will helpas well as improve the general craftsmanship of the product in a tactical way across mobile and desktop.A particular focus of this role isthe way that users interact withArtificial Intelligence-based experiences, a keygoing forward, design-led initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
• At least 2+ years of experience in interaction and visual design.
• Proficient in Figma.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to create and iterate on prototypes to validate design concepts and user experiences.
• Proven track record of working closely with engineers to implement and test solutions effectively.
• Ability to decompose a design vision into a phased plan for execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Experience in presenting complex ideas and solutions to executives and stakeholders, with a focus on clear and impactful communication.
• Specialized experience in mobile design, including knowledge of best practices and trends in mobile user experience.

• Generates andis able tolead ideation solutions for complex design problems (e.g. involving many constraints, needing workarounds, requiring holistic view of interconnected systems) to deliver sophisticated and elegant product design solutions.Utilizes a variety of perspectives when ideating (e.g.experience, technology, user research, business). Synthesizes complex ideation solutions to concise articulation of user wants andsubsequentsolutions.
• Advocates for your design solutions by puttingaudiencein context of business and user goals.
• Be self-directed and highly organized. Highly motivated and driven to get the details right.
