Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver L&D experiences, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning
Assess the effectiveness of training programs using metrics, feedback, and program data
Partner with program managers and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training priorities for program participants
Communicate and present to senior leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis focused on progress reporting, results, needs and requests
Bring exceptional facilitation and communication skills with an ability to engage groups, generate conversation, and present content in a compelling and impactful style
Prepare, create, and maintain positive learning environments for groups of all levels and be able to tailor delivery to the audience
Serve as a subject matter expert on learning trends and best practices.
Continuously improve learning initiatives based on evaluation results and evolving business needs
Effective project/organization management, able to see strategic pictures and prioritize independently
Strong customer focus, anticipating customer needs and partnering to make decisions that have a positive impact
Autonomously solve problems through critical thinking and implementing through resolution
Flex in to support the program management space as needed
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Training Design or at least 2 years of experience in Development Delivery or a combination
At least 2 years of experience in client consulting
At least 1 year of experience in Project or Program Management or a combination
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Training Design and Development Delivery
3+ years of experience in client consulting
2+ years of experience in project management
