Summary of Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with senior business leaders, stakeholders, and external vendors to identify learning & development gaps and align to business goals
Partner with key stakeholders and program managers to set the strategy and design of our end-to-end learning strategies & experiences (Onboarding, Experience Weeks, etc.)
Consult and problem solve across our team and the broader Capital One U organization
Facilitate training sessions, interactive activities, and manage large scale events. This may involve flexible working hours and travel, depending on the needs of the program or event.
Explore Commercial Banking industry trends and share best practices to continuously improve offerings
Evaluate program health + associate learning gaps through feedback, assessments, and metrics analysis
Provide coaching and support to managers and associates to promote continuous learning and professional development
Collaborate with program leads, key stakeholders, and HRBPs to integrate L&D initiatives into talent and performance management processes
Work closely with a passionate and fun team, and be willing to pitch in and help wherever needed
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of project management or at least 4 years of recruiting or at least 4 years of consulting experience or a combination
At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning and Development
At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 5 years of project management, client facing, or consulting experience, or a combination
At least 5 years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning and Development
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data, and using them to make strategic changes
Experience within banking or talent development/management
