Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in engineering, construction engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 4+ years of experience in people management.

Preffered qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction engineering and 10+ years’ experience in engineering, architecture or construction engineering.
• 8+ yearsProject Manager with experienceleading site due diligence/feasibility technical reviews with multiple stakeholders for Data Center or technical projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Design Managers, and oversee external architects, engineers and designers and deliver projects aligned with the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Haveeffective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Possessa high level of proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture and engineering with a primary focus on datacenter design.
• Ability to work with other technical and non-technical groups in a fast-paced environment and do so with an even temperament.
• Ability be a person of integrity, be methodical, detailed-oriented with a work ethic.
