8+ years experience managing large cross-functional projects that require deep understanding of technical design, back-end architecture, and data pipelines.
Experience leading projects that involve AI/ML integration into automated marketing messaging and consumer facing applications.
Experience working with privacy and legal teams to evaluate global data usage.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills - able to evangelize data informed decision-making at all levels.
Capable of producing high quality deliverables within tight deadlines with limited oversight.
Flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained schedules.
Expert proficiency with databases and data retrieval, including SQL.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and to all levels of management.
Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
B.S. / M.S. in relevant or quantitative discipline: Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Strong understanding of Growth Marketing initiatives and consumer lifecycles.
High proficiency working with Python, with experience in LLMs preferred.
Experience in working across different global cultures a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively and influence stakeholders
Experience working with on-device data, or AI/ML solutions.
