Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- 8+ years experience managing large cross-functional projects that require deep understanding of technical design, back-end architecture, and data pipelines.
- Experience leading projects that involve AI/ML integration into automated marketing messaging and consumer facing applications.
- Experience working with privacy and legal teams to evaluate global data usage.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills - able to evangelize data informed decision-making at all levels.
- Capable of producing high quality deliverables within tight deadlines with limited oversight.
- Flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained schedules.
- Expert proficiency with databases and data retrieval, including SQL.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and to all levels of management.
- Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- B.S. / M.S. in relevant or quantitative discipline: Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Strong understanding of Growth Marketing initiatives and consumer lifecycles.
- High proficiency working with Python, with experience in LLMs preferred.
- Experience in working across different global cultures a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively and influence stakeholders
- Experience working with on-device data, or AI/ML solutions.
