As a Travel and Expense Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Auditing of employee expense reports which includes reviewing for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Using Concur AI tools (Appzen) to review and act on high-risk reports.
- Making recommendations on policy enhancements, system improvements or process efficiencies.
- Responding to employees questions and troubleshoot issues quickly to ensure expense reports are processed for payment.
- Supporting and/or leading training sessions with new employees and others.
- Supporting the local corporate card program for Poland and as needed in Europe.
- Collaborating with and support other groups such as Accounts Payable, Travel and Corporate Card.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have administration experience with with T&E expense systems.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Have ability to analyze travel expense trends and metrics.
- Have relevant experience in travel and expense or relevant Finance exposure.
- Be familiar with MS Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have knowledge of Concur Expense.
