As a Travel and Expense Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Auditing of employee expense reports which includes reviewing for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Using Concur AI tools (Appzen) to review and act on high-risk reports.
• Making recommendations on policy enhancements, system improvements or process efficiencies.
• Responding to employees questions and troubleshoot issues quickly to ensure expense reports are processed for payment.
• Supporting and/or leading training sessions with new employees and others.
• Supporting the local corporate card program for Poland and as needed in Europe.
• Collaborating with and support other groups such as Accounts Payable, Travel and Corporate Card.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have administration experience with with T&E expense systems.
• Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Have ability to analyze travel expense trends and metrics.
• Have relevant experience in travel and expense or relevant Finance exposure.
• Be familiar with MS Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have knowledge of Concur Expense.
