As a Sr. HR Generalist for Chief Technology Office, Information Technology, Commercial Excellence and Program Management Office, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives to support the business objectives. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture within your client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives within your client groups
- Drive talent acquisition and talent management processes
- Partner with HR COE leaders to drive employee engagement and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR Policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR team to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar technical field
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Ability to compile data from multiple sources, analyze for trends and recommend targeted actions as needed
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
