As a Project Administrator at Honeywell, in Budapest, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate completion of assigned administrative tasks to support the Local Project Operations team. Use of PC applications and systems is required to enter project data, raise orders, record product and service receipt, organize electronic or paper project files and update financial systems. Creation of business reports, tracking system updates, customer correspondence and invoicing are key support activities of this role. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
Key responsibilities
Generate reports to track quote/order book value, work-in-progress, and invoicing forecast promptly.
Manage invoicing processes, including collation, goods receipt, and issuance.
Support the creation of applications for payment for Honeywell projects.
Ensure accurate cost and revenue plans are applied to each project.
Establish project setups within the finance system.
Handle customer correspondence and resolve payment issues efficiently.
Key skills and qualifications
Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.
Proficiency in invoice and payment processes like SAP would be a plus.
Fluency in English and Hungarian languages.
Excellent organizational skills, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with receptiveness to guidance.
