ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· End to end brand ownership and product lifecycle management (product phase-in/out, demand planning, SIOP). Ensure portfolio is always relevant to the market with optimal brand mix to ensure all target segments are served profitably with minimal conflict and cannibalization.
· Drive Pricing impact - Value New/Replacement projects via NPIs, Discount management, Cost pass through to protect margins.
· Sales, channel and customer competency development through trainings and Marcom activities to ensure highly trained and motivated force behind the. Plan and execute sales & channel incentive programs & schemes to drive volumes. Track win/loss and take corrective actions as and when required.
· Implement Offering strategies aligned with the strategic plan. Align functional plans with the strategic plan. Lead integrated cross-functional teams to execute plan to drive outstanding financial results.
· Integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes; be competent in microeconomics, finance, VOC, research and analysis and basic Offering toolkit [market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, targeting and positioning, pricing].

· Well versed with MS Office; Familiarity with CRM programs (e.g. SFDC/ Nex/Ziira/SAP)
· Ethics: Highest level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility.
· Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making: A strong understanding of market trends/issues who can then integrate that thinking into Offering and business strategies. Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues. Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills.
· Results-Oriented: A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
B. Tech or B.E from a reputed Institute with MBA
Work experience of 5-10 years with 5+ years in relevant Fire industry is mandatory.
Offering experience in segmentation, value pricing, new offering development is required.
Results driven track record – proven ability to translate strategies into action and results
